- Place butter and onion in 2-quart casserole. Heat in microwave
on full power for about 3-4 minutes, or until onion is tender.
- Add beef and cook in microwave on full power for 3-4 minutes, or
until beef is no longer pink. Stir halfway through cooking time.
Drain.
- Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce, water, oregano and basil. Cook
in microwave, covered, on full power for 4 minutes.
- Break spaghetti in half and stir into sauce. Cook in
microwave, covered, on full power for 18-20 minutes, or until spaghetti
is tender. Stir twice during cooking time.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, as desired.
