Ingredients |
- Whole or half ham
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- whole cloves if desired

Preparation |
- Remove outer skin from the ham, score fat side of ham and insert
cloves on fat side
- Wrap ham in tin foil, pour mixture on ham and seal foil
- Bake in shallow pan at 275 - 300° for
30 minutes per lb
