Ingredients |
- 8 slices crumbled white bread
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
- 2½ cup milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 lb browned sausage, bacon or ham
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk

Preparation |
- Butter a 9x13" pan/dish.
- Beat eggs with 2½ cups milk and
mustard.
- Layer bread, cheese, meat and egg mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Next day, mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup and
½ cup milk and pour over casserole
- Bake at 300° for 1 hour
