Ingredients |
- 1 cup butter, soft
- 1 cup peanut butter, (nutty or plain)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2½ cups flour,
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt

Preparation |
- Cream together soft butter and peanut butter, nutty or creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Add brown sugar and white sugar, mix well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and add to
peanut butter mix.
- Refrigerate until easy to handle.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet by Tbsp or small ice cream scoop.
- Flatten and mark with a fork.
- Bake at 350° for approx 15
minutes until edges are light brown. Cooking times depends on softer or
firmer cookie preference.
- Cool on sheet for a couple of minutes, and then cool on cake racks.
