Corn Pudding

Serves / Makes:   6 - 8
 
Ingredients
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 cans of creamed corn
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
 
Preparation
  • In large bowl, lightly beat eggs.
  • Stir in heavy cream, sugar, salt, melted butter.
  • Slowly stir in corn starch.
  • Add corn, mix well.
  • Pour into well buttered casserole dish.
  • Place this casserole dish in a shallow baking pan of water.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
