Ingredients |
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 can large bean sprouts or fresh
- 1 can water

Preparation |
- Cook hamburger, celery and onion on stove top.
- After browned then add soups, water, rice and soy sauce.
- Bake in oven at 350° for 40 min
- Add bean sprouts last 10 minute of baking time.

My grandmother made this when I was a child, got recipe from her when
I had children of my own. I still make it from time to time.
I put in individual freezer bags and enjoy throughout the next few
weeks, as I live alone most times. Glada
