Serves / Makes: 10 - 12 servings |

Ingredients |
- 2 cups milk
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 6 eggs separated (yolks in pot/whites in bowl)
- 2 heaping tablespoons flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 8 bananas
- 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers

Preparation |
- In a 9 x 13 pan layer in order wafers on bottom then 4 bananas
sliced then wafers then 4 bananas sliced then last layer wafers.
Pudding:
- In a 2 or 3 qt. pot on stove over medium high heat add 6 egg yokes,
1 cup sugar, 2 tsp flour and 2 cups milk, whisk until no lumps and
switch to spoon.
- Stir until it thickens a little and coats the back of a spoon.
- Turn heat off and add 1 tsp vanilla extract and pour over your
banana and wafers.
Meringue:
- Place 6 eggs whites in a metal or glass bowl that has been chilled
in freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Use hand mixer on high, once starting to foam up add pinch of salt
and add sugar a little at a time, until eggs whites gets stiff and form
peeks.
- Spread evenly over your wafer and banana after you put in pudding
from stove.
- Broil in oven for about 1 min to brown the meringue (watch it
closely as the sugar will burn quickly).
- Let cool for an hour and then cover and place in fridge over night
and serve the next day.
