Italian Broccoli Casserole

Serves / Makes:   10 - 12
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 (8oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, lightly cooked and drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 5 Tbsp onion,  minced
  • 1 tsp Tony’s Creole seasoning
  • 6 oz. pkg mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
 
Preparation
  • Brown sausage and mushrooms, drain fat.
  • Stir in broccoli, soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onions and seasoning.
  • Spoon into a casserole dish (not deep).
  • Place mozzarella strips on top.
  • Bake 350° for 40 - 45 minutes.
 
Comments

Can use an equivalent amount of fresh broccoli and cook about half done.
