Ingredients |
- 4 pork chops
- lemon slices (about ¼ inch)
- onion slices (about ¼ inch)
- brown sugar
- ketchup
|

Preparation |
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Coat bottom of a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place pork chops in a single layer.
- On top of each pork chop layer one onion slice, one lemon slice, one
tablespoon brown sugar and one tablespoon ketchup.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 15 - 30 minutes (depending on
thickness of chops).

reduced sugar ketchup.
