Ingredients |
- 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can plus ½ cup milk
- 1 package of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
- ½ stick butter, cubed

Preparation |
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a 2 quart oven safe pan layer potatoes and onions.
- Mix milk and soup together and pour over potatoes and onions.
- Top with cubed butter and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I usually double this recipe for my family and use a 9 x 13 pan and bake
for 1½ hours.
