Ingredients |
Soufflé:
- 3 (40 oz) cans of yams
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup butter melted ( 2 sticks)
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
Topping - Choice 1:
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
Topping - Choice 2:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp butter, diced (½ stick)
- ½ cup self rising flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

Preparation |
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Mix all the soufflé ingredients with mixer and pour into a greased
9x13 pan.
- If using topping choice 1 - of brown sugar, flour and pecans mix these together
and place on top .
- Bake about 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
- If using topping choice 2 - just put soufflé mixture in oven for 40
minutes, take out and top with mini-marshmallows and put back in oven
for about 3 to 5 minutes but watch it closely as it can burn quickly.
