Ingredients |
- 4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 pkg (125 g) cream cheese, cubed

½ cup sour cream
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- grated cheese of choice

Preparation |
- Boil potatoes until tender, drain.
- Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream and green onions and mash well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spoon potato mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle desired amount of grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° 30 minutes or until
heated through.
