| Ingredients |
- Box of Ritz ®crackers
- 6 - 8 blocks White Chocolate Bark
- Jar of Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Crisco

| Preparation |
- First prepare sandwiches with the crackers and peanut butter. (I
usually do one entire box of crackers at a time).
- Next melt the chocolate by placing it in a bowl and putting it in
the microwave (I usually melt 6-8 blocks at a time). I usually go at 30
second intervals and stir it often to see if its melted yet.
- Once you get the chocolate melted add Crisco to
it. (This is the secret because it thins down the chocolate so that it
spreads more smoothly).
- Lastly dip your sandwiches into the chocolate and cover completely.
(I use a spoon to dip some over the cookies until coated).
- Place the dipped cookie onto a wax sheet on the counter until
completely cooled.
