Room: ForeverSpades

With no "invite buttons" once a tourney begins pay attention as the td calls the pairings~ first team called simply picks the table number in the block the td has said to use (usually tables 1-16) and the opponents join quickly. Hit start so the td may jump on and start the table timer! Without having a busy public lobby (like yahoo) we should be able to get these tables going rather quickly. This helps the tourney move along & Keeps our tds happy!

Also Please be a responsible player and check the table settings and ask td if there are any questions to its accuracy!

Just Fyi~ As you know on any tourney page if you click Rules link you see the rules we all have to abide by in playing our games. Jan has worked hard and modified these rules to meet with SHG more so now instead of yahoo from which we came. So within a few days that should be available for tds to use and you can click over and read them. If you have any questions or want anything else considered please email Jan or a member of Admin so it can be addressed.

September 7th is National Grandparent's Day

National Grandparent's Day originated in 1978. Then President Jimmy Carter declared it to be the first Sunday after Labor Day. If you can, enjoy the day with them. That is the greatest gift they can receive from you. If you can't see them, call them, or skype. When you call, make sure you have the time for a long conversation. Remember, grandparents will always ask about you first and listen intently to everything you have to say. They are never rushed or in a hurry. They are there just for you. Make it a tradition to be with your grandparents on this special day.

GRANDPARENTS
Few can bring the warmth
We can find in their embrace,
And little more is needed to bring love.
Than the smile on their face.

They've a supply of precious stories,
Yet they've time to wipe a tear,
Or give us reasons to make us laugh,
