Penalties

LEAGUE STATEMENT:

In an effort to keep our spades playing environment as pleasant as possible for all members the following will be enforced to the best of our capabilities.......

NO conflicts between members will be discussed or tolerated in the lobby chat

All members and staff are asked to take ALL conflicts to private IM or table to discuss

Our league policy is 3 boxings in a 3 month period will result in a review by the admin team at which time the admin team will determine the length of box time to be served or if the member will be permanently banned from the league

Under no circumstances will a member who is banned be allowed to return

Listed below are the penalties that can occur if you break the rules of this league. Our rules are meant as a code of conduct on how you should behave in this league, and to enhance the atmosphere in ForeverSpades and our Beetle Spot, so that all league members can enjoy their time while playing cards here. We have listed the amount of days you will receive for breaking these rules, to ensure fairness and awareness.

BANNED:
If you get kicked from our league for any reason, you will not be allowed back in ForeverSpades league!!! The boxings serve as your chances....once banned you are out of chances!!!

MINIMUM of 6 DAYS TO POSSIBLE KICK AND BANN:
boxing for 6+ days pending further investigation and/or action by the admin team

Active recruiting for other leagues while in beetle spot
Private instant messages to your partner while at the table during a game.
Having and playing 2 IDs in league
Joining another league ID while boxed
Joining league under any false pretense
Rung manipulation
Letting anyone, a non league member or member use your league ID (sharing your password) to play and report as you. Joining and withdrawing and rejoining multiple times during tourneys.
Enticing a lobby riot
Continued harassment or abusive and foul language to a league member after warning
- Harassment being ANY UNWANTED ACTION...if it offends and you are warned you must stop

3 - 5 DAYS:

Disrespect, name calling, abusive comments or rudeness of any kind toward ForeverSpades league or any other league, league member, TD, or Admin. This includes the lobby and tables.

Bashing, harassment or abuse to partners or fellow members during games or in the lobby - 3 days; up to 5 days depending on severity and if it stops with a warning
Continually making public accusations of cheating - 3 days (contact the appropriate admin as found on the main league page)
Booting the TD or ADMIN....while they are performing their duties - 3 days
FFing while in a rated league game - 3 days
Recruiting in another lobby (proven with screen shot) - 5 days

1- 3 DAYS:

Bad Sportsmanship - 1 day; with behavior 2 days, with behavior/cussing 3 days.
Not following a direct order of TD while in their tourney...or any ADMIN - 1 day; with behavior 2 days, with behavior/cussing 3 days.
Leaving tourney or league games out of bad sportsmanship...stalling on purpose in tourney or league games including rudeness - 3 days box
Misbidding on purpose - 1 day; with behavior 2 days, with behavior/cussing 3 days.
Playing in 2 league games or tourneys at the same time.
Cussing or abbreviations of cusswords if directed toward another league member - 1 day; with behavior 2 days, with behavior/cussing 3 days.
Making public accusations of cheating in the lobby - 1 day; with behavior 2 days, with behavior/cussing 3 days. Please contact the appropriate admin as found on the main league page
Excessive scrolling after being warned to stop scrolling - 1 day; with behavior 2 days, with behavior/cussing 3 days.

Minimum of 1 DAY:

Booting anyone from a league game or tourney game without td requesting you to so so (depending on admin decision)
Joining in a lobby riot that you are NOT involved in. (you may or may not receive a warning)
Disrupting or interfering in a game or tourney that you are not in (you may or may not receive a warning)
Cussing or abbreviations of cusswords after warning
Leaving a tourney game without partner agreeing to concede with no issues - 1 day
Any 1 day box involving behavior issues automatically moves up to the next section

We have tried to be as thorough as possible and cover all the basics. Go to the left panel of our league site for all Cases and ForeverSpades League Rules. However, just because something is not listed here does not mean that it is allowed. You can still be penalized for anything deemed inappropriate in the league. Use common sense. If it is something that will adversely effect other players and if it's something you might think twice about doing it; then it's probably against the rules. Our Admin Team have the final say in such matters. Staff reserves the right to penalize league members who are on another known id.

Please note: you are only allowed 2 penalty boxings in a 3 month period with the 3rd boxing you will be reviewed by the admin team for further action. This further action will determine the length of boxing or if banning will result. Banning is permanent!
