Hello everyone.  I reside in central Virginia with my wonderful husband Kevin and my 2 sons, Lyle and Brian, who are 15 and 21.  I am on early retirement from a grocery chain called Food Lion.  I was a dispatcher there for 15 years.  I had the lovely job of telling 125 men where to go everyday.  LOL. Darn, I miss that job!

Since retirement, I became a computer addict.  It all started in beetle playing spades.  My wonderful Nanna is the reason I am here with all of you fine people.  Then I became a tourney director under the great teachings of Mr Jim Freebird.  He was an excellent teacher and trainer and never made me feel stupid.  I said I was a computer addict, but yet I am very computer illiterate. LOL.  I have a lot of health issues, so I had to resign as a TD.  Who knows maybe one day when all is better, I will be one again.

As the years go by, my health is just falling too, I have had diabetes for 30 years, arthritis for 29 years, double curve roto scoliosis, insomnia, depression, degenerate disc disease, 2 heart attacks with stints now in my heart, 2 mild strokes that left a big scar down my neck, a recent big toe amputation, just to mention a few problems.  Everyday I wake up is a great day!!  I love life!!

I used to be a competitive skater, now I have to stick to low keyed hobbies such as spades and texas holdem poker.  I love both of them!!

If there is something I could say about forevers it would be that they are the greatest league on the net.  I belonged to a few others for a short time, but forevers has always been there for me, very loyal and very kind and caring people.  I am so looking forward to going to Myrtle Beach this June to see my Nanna, my Nancy, my Joan and my Jim.  I will dearly my Pemmy, Jazzy, Ron, Deb, Rick, Jenna, Kari and her family too.  I am looking forward to meeting new forever leaguers that are going this year.  It seems like when I met everyone, that I had known them all my life.  I really love you guys.

Now for the sad part. I was recently diagnosed with adult Muscular Dystrophy, so this may be my last year as my leg and arm muscles are slowly dying and it would be too difficult a journey.  I am going this year if I have to crawl to get there. LOL.  Life is so short, so I try to make the best of all times.

Well, I would like to thank you forevers for giving me a chance to be spotlighted.  I love all of you forever leaguers.  Keep up all of the great jobs that all of you do!!!
