HOW TO TAKE A SCREEN SHOT
If you don't have a screen capture program follow the directions below.

There may be times when you need to take a screen shot....a picture is worth a thousand words:

Step 1:.....Center the area you want a shot of and hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard

Step 2....Open Paint Program

Step 3....Paste the screen shot by clicking on Edit ... then paste

Step 4....Save the screen shot by clicking on File....then "save as" and name it
as you desire and save where you will be able to find it
(see next shot)

Step 5....Saving the file....save where you can find it
Name the file something you can identify it with
Make sure to save it as a JPG (jpg) file format

jpg files are not as big as bmp (which Paint wants to save as)
and they can be attached to emails much quicker and easier
