How to "Upload" your image and music files to your Web Hosting site on the internet.
*Please keep in mind not all web hosts have the same exact method of uploading files to their site. Most now have built in file managers, but some you need to use an FTP program.

1. To upload a file it must be on your computers hard drive or a disk.
2. When you get into file manager of your host site, create a new directory and name it "tourneys" for example. You will be uploading your saved files into that file, not the base directory.
3. Go to your directory folder page that you want to upload to and select any of the BROWSE buttons.
4. This will bring up a 'choose file' window, you then select ALL file types.
5. Locate your file on your hard drive or disk and click open.
6. Then you should see your file name in the browse button frame and click "UPLOAD"
7. That will put your file in that folder.
8. You can then click on your file name, it will open a new window with that image in it. The location is your URL of your file.

Important facts to know! File names with spaces in them do not work with all web browsers. Also, file names are case sensitive! It has to be EXACT and CaSe SeNsItIvItY counts. In other words, MYPICTURE.GIF isn't the same as MyPicture.GIF isn't the same as mypicture.gif.
