Canada Day, the First of July, formerly known as Dominion
Day is the national day of Canada. A federal statutory
holiday it celeebrated the anniversary of Canadian
Confederation which occurred on July 1, 1867, with the
passing of the British North American Act 1867, when the
three separate colonies of the United Canadas, Nova
Scotia, and New Brunswick were united into a single
dominion within the Brittish Empire called Canada. Canada
Day is celebrated with parades, barbecues, concerts,
carnivals, fairs, picnics, military displays, excursions,
musicals and entertainment, and the ringing of the bells at
the Cathedral Church of St, James in Toronto.

Independence Day, the Fourth of July, is a federl holiday
in the United States commemorating the Declaration of
Independence, which was ratified by the Second
Continental Congress on July 4, 1776 establishing the
United States of America. The Founding Father delegates
of the Second Continental Congress declared that the
Thirteen Colonies were no longer subject and subordinate
to the monarch of Britain, and were now united, free, and
independent states. The Congress voted to approve
independence by passing the Lee Resolution on July 2 and
adopted the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.
It is commonly celebrated with fireworks, parades,
barbecues, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball
games, family reunions, political speeches, and ceremonies.

ForeverSpades celebrates both Canada Day for our
Canadian members and Fourth of July for our American 
members.  We will be having Powerball each day on all
tourneys.  On July 1st the Powerball Numbers will be 
74, 18, 67. On July 4th the Powerball Numbers will be
74, 17, 76.  Each powerball number is worth 25 rating
points. Powerball numbers must be side by side in score.  
174 would be 2 powerball numbers, 167 would not be
a number.  172 and 317 would each be a powerball
number. We will have our Red,  White, or Blue Game
plus a day of all American Ice Cream Day Game. We
are also turning up the Heat in July with a monthly event. 
Lots of buxs, rating points and prizes to be won.

Join and play in tourneys each Wednesday in July.
Each full tourney played earn 25 points.
Players and subs playing partial tourneys will earn 15 points.
Players going to Finals will earn 50 rating points.
Players winning tourney will earn 100 rating points
Players IP will determine group you are with.

BLUE - UNITED STATES
REST OF WORLD - ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

Winners from each Group will have a League Game Playoff
to win the Battle of the Borders. League Gam Playoff Dates
will be July 28-31 to be scheduled with winners of each
group. Overall Winner will earn 300 rating points plus a
SHG Icon

As with each Summer and our members are doing Family
get togethers and vacations and kids home from school,
things tend to be alittle slower but our TDs do their best at
providing tourneys and games for you.  Our new Tourney
Schedule starts with a 7am, 8am, 9am, 11am, 12pm,
1pm,  2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm,
10pm, and 11:15pm. At 10am, 6pm and 11:15pm is
Suicide. At 5pm or 8pm is our Specials. We do our best
at providing fun games and tours with fun Specials each
day for our members

We need Staff help with tourneys, experience is great but
we have free training also so put in application today and
help with a few tourneys a week. It would be great to
have tourneys every hour all day and nights too but we
need help to provide this. Every League depends on its
members to survive whether its to jump in and play in
tourneys or whether its hosting tourneys. Members choose
where to play and how big tourneys are and to the
success of any League.  ForeverSpades appreciates your
